Not a call center. Not a rep reading a spec sheet. Core Wellness has operated two North Dallas spas for 10 years, and the equipment we sell is the equipment on our own floor. When you ask whether a machine holds up under 40 sessions a week, you're asking someone who has run it under 40 sessions a week.
Both go to a real person. Reach out however you prefer.
Hours: Standard business hours, Central time
The more you put here, the more useful the first reply is. Nothing gets sold to a list.
No spam, no drip-blast. A real person reads every one of these.
No mystery, no seven-touch nurture sequence.
Who replies: Rick Walton or Ethan Colavecchio Not an SDR, not an auto-responder pretending to be a person.
Response time: within 24 hours If it's urgent, call the number above instead of waiting.
Format: Usually a Google Meet, though it comes down to availability and how fast you need to move. Typical length: under 30 minutes You leave with a real equipment list and a real number.
You don't need any of this to reach out. But if you have it, the first conversation skips straight to the useful part instead of spending twenty minutes on discovery.
Room dimensions and ceiling height. Several of these machines are tall, and a ceiling is the single most common reason a plan changes late.
Voltage and available amperage at the wall, and whether you can run a new circuit. This decides what's installable and what isn't.
Door widths, stairs, elevators, and the loading path. A machine that fits the room but not the doorway is a bad day for everyone.
A range is fine. It tells us whether we're scoping one machine or a room, and which financing path applies. See financing options.
Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks on made-to-order equipment. Refurbished and open-box units are local and ship in days if you're on a deadline.
Home recovery, adding a service to an existing business, or opening a new location. All three get very different advice.
We operate two spas in North Dallas — Little Elm and Lewisville. Buyers fly in, walk the floor, and try the equipment before they spend a dollar. Most distributors can't offer that, because they don't have a floor.
