Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer and differ by machine. Below is what is actually stated for each product we sell, plus how to make a claim and what warranty does not cover.
Last updated:
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We are not the manufacturer, but we are the ones who pick up the phone: we log the claim, send the evidence, chase the factory, and get the part or the engineer moving.
We run these machines on our own spa floors in Little Elm and Lewisville. When something breaks, we have usually seen it break before, and we can often tell you over the phone whether it is a warranty part, a consumable, or a setting.
Terms below are the manufacturer's stated terms for each unit. Where a cell shows a placeholder, we have not yet confirmed the written term with the manufacturer — ask us before you order and we will get it in writing rather than guess.
| Product | Stated warranty |
|---|---|
| ContourPod™ Elite | 2-year shell warranty; 1-year electronics. |
| XCryo Localized Cryo | 36-month limited manufacturer warranty on materials and manufacturing; 12 months on computer and electronic components. |
| Rapid Reboot Compression | 2-year warranty on the control unit. |
| PEMF Therapy | Lifetime technical support included. [RICK: confirm warranty — "lifetime technical support" is a support commitment, not a parts-and-labour warranty term. What is the actual hardware warranty?] |
| BodyStyler (Slimyonik) | [RICK: confirm warranty] |
| CryoSculpt Fat Freezing + EMS | [RICK: confirm warranty] |
| Kaasen CryoSlimming | [RICK: confirm warranty] |
| HyperPod HBOT | [RICK: confirm warranty] |
| AuraPBM Red Light Bed | [RICK: confirm warranty] |
| ECabin Cryotherapy | [RICK: confirm warranty] |
| Sunlighten mPulse Aspire — 1 Person | [RICK: confirm warranty] |
| Sunlighten mPulse Believe — 2 Person | [RICK: confirm warranty] |

[RICK: confirm whether refurbished and open-box units carry any warranty, and if so for how long — this is a separate question from the new-unit terms above.]
Do this and a claim moves fast:
We open the claim with the manufacturer and stay on it until it is closed. Do not return a unit or a part before we confirm the return in writing.
[RICK: confirm who pays shipping on a warranty part or a returned unit under warranty, and whether labour is covered or parts only.]
Manufacturer warranties are for defects in materials and workmanship. They generally do not cover:
Each manufacturer publishes its own exclusion list in the warranty document that ships with the unit. That document governs. Ask us for a copy before you order if you want to read it first.
Consumables are not warranty items — they are running costs, and you should budget for them. We stock the common ones so a machine does not sit idle waiting on a part. See Consumables & Parts.
Warranty covers the machine. It does not cover installation, commissioning, electrical work, or making your room suitable — those are scoped and quoted separately, and are covered in the Terms of Service.
Worth knowing: installing a machine incorrectly, or running it on the wrong supply, is one of the fastest ways to void a manufacturer warranty. If you are unsure about your room or your power, ask before delivery day.
[RICK: confirm whether extended warranty or a service plan is available on any product, who underwrites it, and what it costs. If nothing is offered, say so plainly and delete this section.]
If warranty length is part of your decision, ask us before you order. We will get the manufacturer's written terms for the specific unit rather than repeat a number from memory. Email [email protected] or talk to an operator.
Anything on this page that is unclear, ask before you order. Email [email protected] or call +1 (214) 244-0163.
