In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean that entity. "You" means anyone using this site or buying from us.

Information you give us

We collect what you hand us directly. That includes:

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and business name, when you fill in a form, request a quote, book a call, or email us.
• Order details — billing and shipping address, what you bought, delivery notes, and site-access information you give us so freight can reach your door.
• Messages — anything you write to us in a form, email, SMS, or chat, including photos or site measurements you send so we can spec equipment.
• Payment details — card and bank information is entered directly with our payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, standard web and analytics tooling records technical information, including:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device type, operating system, and browser
• Pages viewed, time on page, and the link or ad that referred you
• Cookie and pixel identifiers used to recognise a returning browser

We use this to understand which pages are useful and which products people are actually shopping. It is not used to make automated decisions about you.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising pixels

This site runs the following tracking tools:

• Google Analytics — page and traffic measurement.
• Meta Pixel — measures which ads lead to enquiries and purchases, and allows us to show ads to people who have visited the site.
• Functional cookies set by our website and CRM platform to keep your cart and session working.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site such as checkout may stop working if you do. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings.

We do not currently show a cookie-consent banner. We use the analytics and advertising cookies described above. If you are in the UK or EU and want them switched off for you, email us and we will action it.

How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

• Quote, take, process, and deliver your order, including passing shipping details to the manufacturer or freight carrier that ships it
• Provide training, support, warranty, and parts service after the sale
• Answer questions and follow up on enquiries
• Take payment and, where you choose it, pass an application to a financing provider
• Send service messages about your order
• Send marketing email or SMS where you have opted in
• Measure and improve the site and our advertising
• Meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the service providers we need to run the business:

• GoHighLevel — website hosting, CRM, forms, email and SMS.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, and Approve — consumer and commercial financing, only when you choose to apply. Their own privacy terms govern the application.
• Manufacturers and suppliers — we drop-ship, so the name, address, and phone number on your order go to the manufacturer that ships it and to their freight carrier.
• Google and Meta — analytics and advertising measurement, as described above.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or need to establish or defend a legal claim.

This list is complete. No other software touches your data.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and as long as tax and accounting rules require.

• Order and transaction records: Kept indefinitely, so we can support equipment we have sold and meet tax and accounting obligations.
• Enquiries that did not become orders: Kept until you ask us to remove you.
• Marketing contacts: We keep a minimal suppression record indefinitely, for the sole purpose of making sure you are not contacted again.
• Analytics data: Held in Google Analytics under its own retention setting. Ask us and we will confirm the current period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Give you a copy of it
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete information we no longer need to keep
• Stop using it for marketing
• Stop sharing it for targeted advertising

Marketing email and SMS

We only send marketing email or SMS to people who asked for it or who bought from us. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can stop SMS by replying STOP to any message. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about an order you have placed.

Security

Payments are handled by Stripe on their infrastructure; card numbers do not reach our systems. Our site and CRM run on GoHighLevel, and access to customer records is limited to people who need it to do their job.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim ours is. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Access to our CRM is protected by two-factor authentication.

Children

This site sells commercial and home wellness equipment to adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
