These terms cover using this website and buying equipment from Core Wellness Solutions. Read them before you order — placing an order means you accept them.

This site is operated by Core Health & Wellness Solutions LLC, trading as Core Wellness Solutions, of 1010 Waters Edge Ct, Little Elm, TX 75068.
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you are ordering for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it. We may suspend access if you do.
We work to keep product information, specifications, and pricing accurate, but we do not guarantee the site is error-free or continuously available.
Every product on this site shows its price. We do not run "call for pricing."
We do not collect sales tax on equipment imported into the United States. Any tax that does apply to your order is stated on your quote before you pay.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we accept it — that is when we confirm the order and place it with the manufacturer, not when the checkout page loads.
We may decline an order if the product is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, if delivery to your site is not practical, or if the pricing was wrong.
We take card payment through Stripe. Financing is available at checkout through Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay on lower-ticket items, and through Approve for larger purchases.
Financing is provided by those companies, not by us. Approval, rates, and terms are between you and the finance provider, and their agreement governs your repayments. If a financing application is declined, the order does not proceed until payment is arranged another way.
On large equipment we take 50% at order and the remaining 50% before shipment.
Most equipment is drop-shipped from the manufacturer with a standard lead time of 6–8 weeks. Refurbished and open-box stock is held locally and ships in days. Large equipment moves by freight.
Full detail, including what happens at delivery and what to inspect before you sign, is on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Lead times are estimates given to us by the manufacturer. We pass on what we are told and chase when it slips, but we are not liable for manufacturer delays outside our control.
Equipment ships FOB Shipping Point. Risk of loss passes to you when the equipment is accepted by the freight carrier. Title passes once we have received payment in full, except where a financing company holds title under its own agreement.
Because equipment is built and shipped to order, cancellation and return terms are specific. They are set out in full on the Shipping & Returns page and apply to every order.
In summary: Returns are considered within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not standard; where one is approved you pay freight both ways plus a restocking fee.
Equipment carries whatever warranty its manufacturer provides for that unit. Those terms come with your quote and again with your invoice; we do not restate them here, because they differ by machine and change over time. See Warranty and service for how to get them in writing before you order, and how to make a claim.
Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under applicable law.
Unless we have quoted it in writing, the price of a machine does not include installation, commissioning, electrical work, rigging, or removal of old equipment.
You are responsible for making sure the room, doorways, floor loading, ventilation, drainage, and electrical supply meet the manufacturer's requirements before delivery. Tell us your constraints early and we will check the spec with you.
Installation is quoted per job, based on your location, the equipment and the timeline.
This equipment must be operated according to the manufacturer's manual and any training provided. You are responsible for operator training, supervision of clients, screening for contraindications, maintenance, and complying with the rules that apply to your business and premises.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product listed here is presented as a treatment or cure for any condition. Anyone with a medical condition should speak to their own clinician before using recovery equipment.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our liability arising out of an order is intended to be limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to, and we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost bookings, or business interruption.
If you use the equipment in a business, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your operation of it — including claims by your clients or staff — except to the extent the claim results from a defect in the product itself or from our own negligence.
The content of this site — text, layout, photography, and the Core Wellness Solutions name and marks — belongs to us or to our suppliers. Manufacturer names and product marks belong to their owners and are used to identify the products we sell. Do not copy or republish site content without permission.
