Most distributors can quote you a spec sheet. We can tell you which machine fills the calendar, which one sits idle by month four, and what it takes to staff both. Two spas in North Dallas, $2M+ a year between them, running the same equipment we'd sell you.
Every price is listed. Full builds financed through Approve.
A medspa, a gym and a hotel spa buying the same machine are buying it for three different reasons — different session lengths, different staffing, different margins. Start with what you're running.
Aesthetic outcomes, higher ticket, treatment-room throughput. Contouring and cryo platforms that stack into packages rather than one-off sessions.
Medspa equipment →Recovery as a membership add-on. Short sessions, minimal supervision, and equipment that survives being used by a lot of people who aren't staff.
Gym equipment →Guest experience first. Quiet, presentable, low-maintenance units that a rotating spa team can run without a specialist on shift.
Hotel spa equipment →The machines are the business. Every unit has to earn its floor space, and the stack has to route a client through more than one modality per visit.
Recovery centre equipment →Nothing is installed yet, which is the best time to talk. Lead times, power, layout and financing all have to line up with your build schedule.
New location planning →Fly to North Dallas and spend a day on our floor. Watch the machines run, talk to the staff working them, then decide what belongs in your room.
Book a facility tour →Every ROI table on an equipment website is a guess dressed as a fact — it assumes your pricing, your market and a utilization rate nobody hits in month one. So here's the actual worksheet instead. On a call we fill it in with what our machines really do on our floor, next to what yours would need to do.
This table is intentionally empty. The left column is real — those are our catalog prices. Everything to the right depends on your market and your pricing, and we fill it in together rather than inventing it here.
| Machine | Equipment cost | Your session price | Sessions / day | Cost per session |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ContourPod™ Elite | $32,900 | [RICK: your session price] | [RICK: sessions/day you run] | [RICK: consumable + staff cost] |
| ECabin Cryotherapy | $89,900 | [RICK: your session price] | [RICK: sessions/day you run] | [RICK: consumable + staff cost] |
| AuraPBM Red Light Bed | $32,900 | [RICK: your session price] | [RICK: sessions/day you run] | [RICK: consumable + staff cost] |
| XCryo Localized Cryo | $13,900 | [RICK: your session price] | [RICK: sessions/day you run] | [RICK: consumable + staff cost] |
What we can tell you without a call: session lengths are published — the ECabin runs 1–3 minutes, XCryo about 3, Kaasen 15–20 — and several of these are low-supervision treatments, which is what actually decides whether a machine is staff-cheap or staff-expensive to run.
The question that decides your layout isn't what a machine costs — it's how many square feet it takes and how many people move through it in an hour. A three-minute cryo session and a forty-minute pod session need completely different room counts to keep a schedule full.
Real dimensions are on every product page and every spec is the manufacturer's, not our approximation. The ECabin is 63" × 33.5" and 816 lbs. The AuraPBM bed is 89.5" × 48.5" and 882 lbs. The four-person sauna is 70.6" square. Bring us a floor plan and we'll tell you what fits and in what order to install it.
Power matters just as much. Several of these are 220V units — the ECabin runs 220V single phase at 2.5–3.5 kW, the AuraPBM pulls 6.5 kW. That's a conversation with your electrician before the build, not after.
Send us your floor planThe commercial subset of the catalog — what we run, what we sell, and what it costs. No "call for pricing," including on the six-figure units.
Nitrogen-free electric whole-body cryo with fully automated programming and a 24" touchscreen interface.
Hard-shell 1.5 ATA single-user chamber with dual filtration, built for clinical and performance environments.
Far-infrared, 855 red and near-infrared LEDs and lymphatic massage in one thermal-wellness suite.
41,600 high-output LEDs with forced-air cooling — built for back-to-back sessions, not home use.
Sequential air-compression lymphatic drainage. A strong membership and package builder.
Cryolipolysis paired with EMS muscle stimulation — two contouring modalities on one platform.
Targeted gas-free cold therapy with a full applicator kit — recovery work and aesthetic treatments on one unit.
Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy with five interchangeable applicators, joint-targeted through full-body mat.
Dynamic air compression for legs, hips and arms. The cheapest way to add a real recovery service line.
CryoSlimming, CryoToning and CryoFacial in one handheld wand. Minimal consumables — liquid CO₂ only.
Four-person full-spectrum cabin built for back-to-back commercial sessions.
The same full-spectrum build in a two-person cabin — an easy add to a recovery or spa menu.
Two prices are still consult-only. [RICK: Kaasen price, or confirm it stays consult-only] [RICK: sauna pricing — 2-person and 4-person — or confirm consult-only]
A room full of equipment is a capital decision with a revenue schedule attached. You shouldn't have to fund it out of one quarter's cash.
Approve is our commercial financing partner — the route for a full room, a multi-machine stack, or a whole new location. Apply once for the build rather than piecing it together machine by machine.
[RICK: Approve's typical terms — term lengths, deposit, approval time, and the minimum ticket that makes sense to finance]
Apply for financingAdding a single modality, a portable unit, or restocking consumables? Those go through checkout with a monthly plan attached — no application packet and no waiting on us.
[RICK: is there a multi-unit / full-build discount, and at what point?]
See financing optionsEquipment doesn't generate revenue. Staff running a protocol on a full schedule does. Here's what we hand over besides the crate.
We train your team on the protocol we run on our own floor — how to run a session, how to sequence modalities, and what to say to a client who's nervous. [RICK: what training actually includes — remote or on-site, how many days, how many staff, and whether it's included or priced] More at training & support.
A machine that's down is a schedule you're refunding. Support is US-based and you reach an operator, not a queue — the reviews we get are mostly about parts arriving overnight. [RICK: service response commitment — target response time, whether there's a loaner/parts programme, and what's covered vs billable]
Warranty terms are published per product where the manufacturer states them — XCryo carries 36 months on materials and manufacturing, ContourPod 2 years on the shell. [RICK: confirm the standard warranty for units with no warranty listed — BodyStyler, HyperPod, AuraPBM, ECabin, CryoSculpt, Kaasen, the saunas] See warranty.
"Fly out and tour our facilities to see what makes our equipment generate real money in your wallet."
We're not a catalog with a logo on it. For 10 years we've run wellness and recovery businesses in North Dallas — buying this equipment with our own money, putting it on our own floor, and living with whatever it did to the P&L.
That's the difference on a call. A distributor tells you what a machine does. We can tell you what it did to our schedule, how our staff felt about running it, and which of these we've quietly stopped recommending. Sometimes the honest answer is that you need less equipment than you think — and if you're weighing a franchise, talk to us before you sign, not after.
Because it would be fiction. A payback period depends on your session price, your market, your staffing and a utilization rate that nobody hits in the first quarter. We'd rather sit down and build the model with your numbers — and show you what these machines actually do on our floor while we're at it. Book that call.
Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks on new equipment because we drop-ship straight from the manufacturer. Work backwards from your opening date and add slack for electrical work. If you're tight, our refurbished and open-box units are local and ship in days.
It varies by machine and it's on every product page. Several of the commercial units are 220V — the ECabin runs 220V single phase at 2.5–3.5 kW, the AuraPBM bed pulls 6,500 W. Get us your floor plan and panel details early and we'll flag what needs an electrician before the build, not during it.
Yes — launch strategy, staff training, SOPs and marketing support. That's the part most distributors don't do because they've never had to make a room profitable themselves. See training & support.
Yes, and we'd push you to. Our two spas are in Little Elm and Lewisville, north of Dallas. Operators fly in, stand in a working room, watch the staff run the protocol, and then decide. Book a tour.
Before you sign anything. A franchise sells you a system and takes a cut forever. We'll show you honestly what the same equipment earns independently and what it actually takes to run — including when the honest answer is that you need less than you think.
Yes. Liners, O-rings and replacement parts are on the consumables & parts shelf, stocked and shipped fast — BodyStyler disposable pant liners are $299, for example.
One call, no pitch deck. Tell us the space, the business model and the opening date, and we'll tell you what belongs in the room, what it costs, what it needs electrically, and how to finance it.
